Adolescents, young adults, athletes, parents (coaching) and Individuals and, anyone who wants to heal and grow. I have a lot of experience working with high school and college students but am open for adult individual sessions as well.

Anxiety, OCD, school issues, sports performance, relationship issues, depression and parent coaching. I was also recently trained in an exciting evidence based program called SPACE, which stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions. Do you take insurance/ Cost
A Full Life Counseling is not in-network with any insurance companies and does not bill directly. With PPO insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider so you may be reimbursed in full or in part. I will provide you with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer.
